Want to buy the Ruger Collectors Association journal Vol. 1 No. 1. In it is an article on the etched Old Army revolver that Jim Triggs did. I'm very interested in obtaining a copy or at the least a copy of the article. Thanks in advance.

Did you try contacting the RCA? At one time you could buy the back issues of the Journal. That said, I don't know if you have to be a member to be able do that.
