What would be the fair price range for one of these .41 mag Bisleys with the box/papers, but fired, not NIB?
Were they only made in like the late 1980's?

I would say somewhere around $700-$750 is a fair price for the 41 mag Bisley. They were made in the 80s and again not too long ago (parts clean-up?).

I had no idea there were any later batch made. It looks to me like these are the only .41 Blackhawks made with a 7.5" barrel? If they had a SBF frame it would look like and SBF

Well, Ruger also made the Hunters and Bisley Hunters in 41 mag with a 7.5" bbl. But I think those are considered Super Blackhawks, so technically they don't fall into your "41 Blackhawks" category. Other than those, you are correct, the Bisley was the only 7.5", the old and new model Blackhawks were all 4 5/8" or 6.5".
