Has anyone ever seen a Ruger 10-22 stock like this? Or have any info on it?

Not sure who would have done it. To my knowledge it never appeared on a Ruger product.

Here's a 10-22 with the stock on it Chet15

It maybe a rare stock that fits a 10/22. but I put my money on it not being a rare ruger 10/22 stock. :D

The MOST overused term..."rare". There are a few things considered rare in the grand scheme of 10/22's. I doubt this is one of them...

I can however tell you that 3 digit 10/22's are rare.

Note that the gun is also a 126- prefix gun. Ruger didn't even have their first RB-Z laminate out then, so the gun in question precedes even Ruger's special distributor models.
Definitely an after-market addition to that 10/22!!!

I actually contacted Choate and they replied that it was not one of their stocks. The guy that's selling the stock states it was one of only 200 made for the Ruger 10-22??
He has no other info on it and he states the stock has no markings or name on it.

For him to decree it to be so rare, he seems to know very little about it.

Thinking the same thing. If you wanna play the "it's rare" card, you best have the rest of the deck to back it up.
