Range report: 9mm Mak conversion barrel for LC380

Recently ordered a 9X18 Makarov conversion barrel from Lone Wolf. Took it to the range yesterday and it ran flawlessly. Small bump up in power. Nice to have two calibers out of the same gun. Happy with the purchase.

PS: its the wife's gun. She shoots it just fine. I'll probably wind up shooting it more than she does. Maybe even put it into the carry rotation. :D

The LC should handle the Russky 9 just fine. I make Makarov equivalent loads for my Glock 42 and it eats 'em up.

Considering the pistol's 9X19 origins, 9X18 should be a walk in the park.

Out West, what mags are you using? Did you stay with the LC380 mags? That sounds like the only weak part of the program.

Out West, i am curious about those mags also. I own a P64 in 9 Mak, the 9x18 case is a tad wider than a .380.
