Most factory .45 Colt ammo is pretty mild and is safe in any modern gun in good condition. Just don't load Buffalo Bore or Underwood (and a few others) ammo in your Uberti.

Standard SAAMI-spec ammo is fine in the Uberti, but of course the "Ruger-level" or +P loads are no bueno. (I got a Model 92 to go with my Ruger Vaqueros so I didn't have to worry if I put one of my stout handloads in the rifle...the 92 is capable of handling 44 Mag and 454 Casull.)

Those look like 'standard' .45 Colt rounds. Have fun!

Had to look up TMC though as I never heard of just a thing:
"TMC, or Total Metal Case, refers to a type of ammunition that features a fully enclosed bullet with no exposed lead. This design ensures cleaner shooting and reduced fouling in the barrel."
