Thought I'd post a picture of my P89 with Hogue checkered Coco Bolo grips since I think I've only seen 2 other P89s with something other than stock, Hogue finger groove or Pachmayr grip panels.
These grips really make the gun feel very different in a good way. Positive grip without tacky rubber and finger grooves that make it feel like a brick , while dressing it up a tad and giving it some personality. I can't see it as a beater type gun anymore, not because I don't want to damage the grips but because it feels and looks so much better now. :D I would defiantly recommend these to anyone.
The grips took 30 days to arrive since they only have a few on hand at a time. That's okay though since that means these grips were especially made for me.
Hogue has a complete line-up of wood, G10, aluminum, Damascus and Titanium grips for the P85 through P91 right on their website with prices below each set. I have to warn you though, the Damascus and titanium grips could buy you 3 P-series Rugers.
