Here's one I saw in a local cafe. I think they were selling copies. Sign in front of house says "We're not home, have no security system or dog, and the back door lock s broken" in large print. Then at the very bottom in tiny print "But Dad is house sitting. He's an angry old codger with a shotgun. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK"
