This one a .300HH from the custom shop in 1949 with deluxe wood and left hand cheek piece. Complete with 'All Weather' Lyman Alaskan. Dr.C

This other one related in barrel length and parentage is a .264 Winchester mag Super Grade. This rifle over the years has been my favorite for big deer in big country. Dr.C

Your 300 H&H is amazing. The 300 H&H is one of my all time favorite cartridges, and your rifle is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Thanks for posting that photo...it will be in my mind all day long.

.264 Mod 70 Westerner, the year they came out, one of my grandpa's friends bought one and his first kill with it was turning a coyote wrong side out at 500+yds across a wheat field.

The .300 H & H is one of my all time favorites in the pre-64 Model 70's. They certainly go for a pretty penny and that scope is a collectors item in its own right.
