posting pics, use imgur?

I'd like to post some pics of the guns I want to sell. Will using imgur work? What's the procedure for posting them with Imgur?

Yes... Imgur works well. Process to post from any hosting site is more or less the same. (See the FAQ) Just upload what you want to share, and then select the BBCode format for the proper URL configuration to paste here.

What was said above plus select 'large or huge thumbnail' depending on you preferences. Once selected you can 'preview' it to see if is as you want it.

Just some advice: You don't need to upload to a "public" area/folder to store your images on imgur. I use imgur and keep everything private. It doesn't interfere with images you link on forums such as this, but it keeps all the low rent trash out of your space and out of your face. I also resize and/or crop in advance on my PC what I'm going to upload to imgur . I like 800width (keeping vertical proportional) to speed things up and that's plenty big enough for good resolution and detail on forums.
