Whats the best apparatus for chamber polishing ?

an old 'hollow' 22 cal clean rod ( one of them 3 piece ones, cut down one of the set) cut about a 1-inch slot in the hollow end, and you can wrap a piece of emery paper ( fine) around it , like a tootsie roll, and make it fit about ANY size chamber....you want to POLISH the chamber, NOT remove material or distort or mishape it...
