This “prankster”, Charles Smith, and Luigi Mangione go way beyond being just stupid!
His jail meals should be made from the food that he sprayed.

These "pranks" are getting out of hand. Once a level of harm has been introduced, it is no longer a pranks. I would fully support this guy getting a year in prison for this. I'm sure that Bubba would enjoy pranking him in the shower.

That's what almost happened. The cameraman came running out yelling, "It's just a prank." I would have wanted them charged with terroristic threats or menacing or whatever the local laws allowed.
