Well, that looks VERY delicious. We had leftovers tonight...well I did. My daughter went out with some friends... so if you're trying to brag...you win. :)

Most of the womenfolk are at Church BINGO. Left me with all those under 21. 4 Little Caesars Pizza's from the corner and we are into John Wick 3. Still keeping the last Chicago Style Deep Dish from Giordano's in the garage freezer. Some Pizzas are not meant to be shared with Grandkids. LOL. 👍

Yea....no....there is yugo on that that ai can do without. I actually ate a pizza in Germany that had sliced boiled egg, and it wasn't a breakfast

For some reason the experts say when making your own pizza lesser is better.... it is hard to cook a heavily laden one in the standard pizza oven... I will say I think the 'experts' are wrong....

My state chimney sweep guild host a annual meeting on Lake Murray every year and the first night we have a pizza thing where everybody gets to make their own 9" pizza and it gets cooked in the big oven we built at the island this is on. Cost us about 10 grand and a total of 3 weeks work to build the darn thing.
Here is a picture of me and the crew that decided to work on it September of 2020 during Covid when we canceled that year.
Almost finished....

this is this past September with the guy we brought down from New York State to design and build the thing
We paid his way here and $500 a day for about 4 trips. Now he and his wife come down and just help out.

you build a fire in this thing and it takes about 6 hours to get it up to the right temperature...

My rule is every thing has to be cooked before it goes on a pizza. Other wise the toppings don't cook through.

Maybe I should have said my preference instead of rule.

All you need is a pizza stone in your regular oven.

For outside cooking. A friend of mine had a table top one that burns pellets. He says it’s fantastic.

that looks awesome! I love pizza, but mostly we just have frozen ones. We just found an excellent pizza place not far away, but we try not to spend too much money there.

If you have a Whole Foods close they have some of the best pizza back in the deli section. Mine here has a Friday special, a whole pizza large for $12.
