pick up OR delivery?

I called my gun dealer to ask if they had a spring type clay thrower and the price of 20G dove loads.

after hearing the prices, I said If I have time I would drop by. Her reply was would I want to have it ready for my pickup OR she would be glad to run it out to me!

Besides getting $20 off an $80 thrower, It and a case of 20G were taken to the house and put in the storage building.

Now that is Customer Service.
