Pc9 last shot slide

lately my pc9 having problems not lock open on the last shot fired.... I swapped out 3 different magazine including 2 different factory mag and it still doesn't lock open... I also swap 3 different ammo brands and still so now I come to see if others have any over sight on this....

I have one that was acquired from a police evidence sale. It has light rust and was in need of a good cleaning. As such, the slide does not lock open all the time. Yours might be fixed by giving the mechanism a good cleaning...

My PC4 had the same problem. The slide stop was snug in the slot. I took it out, sanded it, duracoated it and made sure the slot was free of burrs. That fixed the issue.
