I have a $20-$30 fobus holster for my p95. The holster was really tight when I bought it, so I had to sand,file, and dremel it to get it to fit right. Now that holster fits I really like it.

I've been searching since I put mine on lawaway about a month or so ago (since paid off and put about 350 rounds through it) and I can't find anything that will fit it perfectly. Thus far I have been using a cheap china holster that fits my Hi-Point .40 well enough. The only issue that I've run into is the holster covering the mag release making drawing more cautiously important.

http://www.comp-tac.com/product_info.php?products_id=53 Comp-tac makes really nice kydex holsters. They cost quite a bit more than fobus but they are alot nicer. They list a p95 but I don't know if that's for a railed model. Another holster that would work is a safariland.
