Where I-80 & I-35 meet....
I went out last weekend and shot my KP95PR alongside my friends P95. The guns are essentially the same thing, except for the black vs. stainless slide, right? I ask because my friends all black P95 felt a little sloppy for lack of better words. I have probably about 1000 rounds or so through mine, and he has maybe half that. His trigger feels "mushy" and the whole gun just doesnt "feel" right compared to mine. My trigger feels a little tighter and my gun just "feels" better shooting it.

I'm not knocking the gun, of course, as I own one, but wanted to open this up for discussion....

PS. his shoots tighter groups tho! We pass them back and forth...

Could it have been that his gun was dirty or running a really viscous slide grease? This sometimes gives guns a mushy feel. I have an all-black model and mine exhibits none of those characteristics whatsoever.

I've got 3 P95's in different configurations and each "feels" different. One rattles a little, one is tight, and one is a little mushy but they all go bang. DA trigger pulls are similar but SA pull characteristics are individual. Accuracy is basically equal though none is exceptional. I'm currently carrying a P89DC simply because I got a nice looking holster for it and that extra inch of barrel seems to be a slight advantage for older eyes.
