I'm sure Ruger fixed it properly. HOWEVER,,,,,,,,, you may be in for a disappointment eventually. Sometimes,,, due to the metallurgy,, a steel part will be blued, and as it ages,,, it changes color to the "plum" color we see. It's all in the chemical reaction to the metal.
MANY of us collectors enjoy finding a "plum" colored Ruger,,,as it is a desirable feature in general. Ruger has had this issue pop up since the 1950's. They have re-blued many guns,,, only to have them slowly turn plum again.
If this happens,,, there is nothing Ruger can do. But,,, if your preferences are deep blue to black,,, may I suggest an aftermarket coating such as Cerrakote? Our own member here,,, RoninPA did a beater Blackhawk for me at a very reasonable cost.
