I found this poor lost USFA bisley with ivories and case coloring wandering the streets so I had to take it home. So far he seems to be getting along with the Rugers in the corral so I guess he can stay awhile.

That is the lavender, blueberry and Christmas tree garden you see out beyond the front yard. Those rows are separated by lawn sections while the sun flower garden and vegetable gardens are in the back of the house.
 
Ruger's Bisley looks really clunky compared to that.

I remember many years ago a guy that I worked with knew nothing about guns but he said he had an old Colt that belonged to his grandfather so he brought it in to show me.

It was a 38.40 Bisley with the original holster. Most of the bluing had turned to a soft grey and it had 4 or 5 notches cut into the front strap of the grip frame with a file. Wish I could of known the stories behind that gun.
