Old RST new questions

New to forum different question. I have an older RST S/N 14-5xxx9 that I want to suppress. There is a company that sells suppressed uppers but for MK 1 and newer. Is a RST upper interchangeable with a MK1? Or how do I suppress a RST?

MK I and RST complete receiver/bbl/bolt assembly will interchange. MK II and III receiver/bbl assembly will also fit the Standard frame, but will need extra precaution for safety measures, WARNING: Follow link below.
