I traded into this modified 1970-vintage 357 Blackhawk recently. I'm pretty sure Brian Cosby did the work. I thought some here might like to see it.

Whether it was Cosby or somebody else, they obviously did a great job on the conversion. Hacks don't weld or do such a nice job of redoing the lettering. Still can't believe they didn't mark it, at least under the grips. Either way, you have a fine and unique custom sixgun. :)
 
Thanks for the comments. It is the neatest revolver I've ever had. The guy who had the work done(I assume), DC McDuffie, had his name engraved on the backstrap. I had initially planned on swapping the Masonic emblem and removing his name, but I think I'll leave it as it is, for now.
