I traded into this modified 1970-vintage 357 Blackhawk recently. I'm pretty sure Brian Cosby did the work. I thought some here might like to see it.

Whether it was Cosby or somebody else, they obviously did a great job on the conversion. Hacks don't weld or do such a nice job of redoing the lettering. Still can't believe they didn't mark it, at least under the grips. Either way, you have a fine and unique custom sixgun.

Thanks for the comments. It is the neatest revolver I've ever had. The guy who had the work done(I assume), DC McDuffie, had his name engraved on the backstrap. I had initially planned on swapping the Masonic emblem and removing his name, but I think I'll leave it as it is, for now.
