Well, the general populace it seems are at liberty to refuse to comply with police instructions/orders/commands, so why not robots too. . . . . .

I just want to know if the robot had some fresh baked donuts, or pizza . . . . . fella's help yourselves

Did not view the story, BUT - if a robot does not comply with police instructions, why can't the police block it or even "gun" it down? What if that robot was carrying an explosive and the people who sent it knew that it would not comply? Sounds like DoorDash needs to add some programming.

Everywhere we have lived, except one place with silverfish, we had spiders, and ants, and supposedly that means you dont have c'roaches.

I have a question about complying with police commands. Are they allowed to shoot us if we don't comply? What if I'm out in the woods shooting at cans or something and a cop comes by and gives me a command that I cannot hear because I am deaf or I'm wearing earplugs. Can he shoot me for not complying with unheard commands and get by with it?

Yes. He'll make your ear-pro disappear and then say that you turned towards him with your gun in hand which made him a-skeered so he had to shoot you. His friends will all say, "You did the right thing because you get to go home at the end of the day."

I forgot to add the Zeroth Law, "A robot may not injure humanity, or, through inaction, allow humanity to come to harm."
