No. 1 gunsmith - any recommendations?

I am curious about the option to build the No. 1 Ruger should have - a tropical in 7x57. Can anyone recommend a very good gunsmith who can replicate a factory look on a new barrel installation? I might also be interested in having the receiver & lever sent to Mr. Turnbull's shop for some color. Do any of the big name revolver smiths tinker with the No. 1?
