I recently purchased a nice 131 prefixed Ruger no.1B 243 Winchester for 700 before discounts. Paying cash got me a discount. It did have some accessories, the high power variable Leupold scope won me over, as did the stock quality. It will be a nice donor.
I think if you get over 500-600 in just the rifle, you will have to wait a while to recoup the money if you ever decide to do so, just my opinion. You will see numbers from 350(trade in value) to 1200(collector value?) I suspect, just depends which one you are comfortable with I reckon.
Sometimes the model type will influence the numbers, as some think the iron sighted ones are the ones for them ..........and vice versa. You might peruse the "sold" listings on a large gun auction site for a possible soft reference, as no.1 values vary considerably around the country.
One of the beauties of the No.1 is that it can be changed to most anything you would like in that line or custom.
