Good article. Yes, having a set of primer pocket swagers is almost a necessity, especially if you scrounge brass or use military brass.

This may be a little less fiddly approach to an on press tool, about the same price, and judging from recent RCBS reviews, possibly better materials as well. For those who don't recognize the brand, CH is an old and respected name in the reloading industry with a very good reputation. Only thing negative about CH is they're a small outfit, ordering is old school (no online sales yet) and there may be a wait to get some tools, so don't think you're gonna get one tomorrow ordering from Amazon Prime directly off your iPhone. ;)

Dillon's sold this tool for years, and it gets raves everywhere I've seen it reviewed. RCBS now has a similar tool. Dunno anything about it, though reviews make it look like the blue guys earn their extra dollars:
