Here's a rare opportunity to own a boxed Flat Bolt as it came in 1971, shipped in feb 1972. cal is 308, "R" model, 100% complete and unmolested. including the M-77 hanging tag, ring bag ect. rare...minty package. perfect for a M-77 display to show how they shipped 50 years ago. $1850 shipped. willing to trade for rare or low numbered carbines. 44 or 1022..... funny you say that, my wife says the same thing....lol...for the record, this one's been in my back pile 40 plus years. sat for 20 years in NY when I did my 20 years in the army. time to let a M-77 guru use it in a display.
 
1971, my birthyear. Wish we could still mail one for $5.80. In 1971 folks were probably complaining , "It's ridiculous that it costs $5.80 to ship a rifle! No reason at all that it should cost a penny over 4 bucks. What's going on with the usps rates nowadays?"
