New Years resolutions...

I don't make New Year's Resolutions, but I'm bound and determined to continue losing weight and to start working out. I have a garage full of motorcycles and the one I travel on is getting a bit heavy. I refuse to give it, or the sport, up. And I'm not near riding a trike, if ever.

Happy New Year, everyone! :)

My Dad will be 95 next month.
He's but a shell of his former self. It's truly a sad, and extremely depressing thing to witness...😔
He has survived combat, two wives...And, three of his four children...I alone remain.

I've never made New Year's resolutions so at 81 I don't plan on starting now. I recognize who I am and while some changes would be a good idea, like losing weight, I know myself well enough to know that the effort is not likely to end up worthwhile.

Mine is to try not thinking too hard about it....or anything.....what will be will be, if I can prevent something bad I will try but basically I just want to make it through 2025, retire in 2026 (semi) and throw in some rest until I cease to exist. So not a resolution, but more of mindset/plan...

I kept it simple. I have a pile of .22 rifles that needed to be sighted in. After replacing broken or missing sights.

Once I get them all on paper I will order whatever front sights/ parts I need.

My New Year resolution used to be: "If I can't say anything nice; I will keep my mouth shut and my thoughts to myself".
This is becoming more difficult for me...... but I'm going to keep on trying.
In the meantime, I will continue to "leave unto tomorrow................ everything!!".
Wishing you all Joy of Life and Peace of Mind.
J.

Never made one before and I am not starting now. I'd rather continue to be better somehow every day although it's not as easy as writing it or saying it.
