 I have a New Model Single Six manufactured in 2013. The grip frame has no casting Identification lettering cast in what so ever. It only has a faint letter "H" stamped near the locator pin on the left side.
I would like to obtain some after market Grips but I am unsure what frame I have
(XR3-RED >>>>><<<<< XRN-3RED ) Or what?
Can anyone shed some light on the subject ?

three things to consider, , is there a lock inside the grip frame? do the grip panels have a "notch" cutout at the top , front of each grip? and is there a "flair" towards the bottom of the grips? or are they perfectly "straight" down the back edge?
flaired ,with a notch at the top ,they should be xr3-red or as they call it for the new models XRN-3 or some such. These days one pretty much has to "see" them as there are all sorts of differences since the 2005 and the advent of the locks, etc, and the removal of the angle support at the top ,rear of the grip frame, thus the lack of need for the cutout "notch" to clear this on the older grip frames, both new and old models...........they also "moved" ,ever so slightly , the location of the "locating dowel pin", on some of the frames......mainly the type that was on the anniversary flattops.

Hey Guru,
Mine have no Lock, Flair at bottom rear and support cuts at top front inside, no marks.
Thanks for Info.
