Yes, you were lucky that someone didn't bid it up to at least $400.
Of all my Mark II/IIIs I like my SS Govt the best.

I'd say it's a solid deal. The Gov't Target is getting to be a pretty sought after model. I dreamed of one for years before one fell into my lap and it was far from perfect.
