new rifle

i recently picked up a new rifle and wanted to see if anyone had any info since i havent been able to find much. its a 1885 highwall in 45-70 made by single shot inc in montana seems well made havent got a chance to shoot it yet should be fun . anyways thanks for any info

I believe Single Shot, Inc. went out of business many years ago. It may have been bought by one of the still existing US companies that make 1885 replicas--C. Sharps in Montana, Ballard Arms (Michigan?), or the other maker in ID (can't remember the name).
