Something I have been aware of for a few months now is the lack of nitrocellulose manufacturing in the US. The only plant is run by the US Government and makes powder for Lake City. There is no sales to domestic powder vendors/manufacturers. With the realization of primer shortage several mew primer manufacturing plants have "sprung up". Anyone heard of any "startup" plants for nitrocellulose? I understand that it is primarily made of cotton but can be made out of wood fibers.
