In my quest to find an old model magnum cylinder, I bought this, a New Model 22 LR cylinder. Last time I do business on Ebay, but that is another story. Anyway, my loss is your gain. For sale from Sunny Dallas, is a New Model 22 long rifle cylinder. As best as I can measure, it is right around 1.627.

It is in very decent condition, no box, but I do have a red felt bag, which I don't think is an original Ruger made bag.
I know, I know, if you have a Single Six, you more than likely have a cylinder very much like this one, and certainly don't need two. So, perhaps this could be a spare part for a project or ream it out to .32? I'm not sure. Anyway, how about $50 shipped. If this is too high, let me know.
