New Camera !!!!

I still need to take a few good pictures with my new camera and post them to share. Still learning all the stuff this beast can do. Made a big jump from a Pentax Digital SLR model K110D to the current top of the line Pentax K-7 . 14.6 mega pixels. The camera is very fast and offers so much control. Plus all my old lenses from my 35mm hardware all work! Even the real old stuff I have that is screw mount (using a bayonet adapter). Some of the old lenses are so great and easy to find at a good price. As soon as I get a chance to take something other that experimental pictures while learning all the ins and outs, I will post some pictures.

The purchase was funded by my winning 2nd place in the SWFA photo contest. I sold the Swarovski scope I won and it paid for the new camera with standard lens and vertical grip/battery.

Thanks again for all who voted for my picture allowing me to purchase this new tool. Hopefully I can make a few $ with it since I'm still out of work.

Ok, I still need to upload to Photobucket some of my latest pics with my new camera. I have been taking a lot of pictures of my kids soccer games. I'll get these up later next week. Please "downsize" the images prior to posting here on the forum. Something in the 100 kb range or so.
Please limit the physical size so no scrolling is required.
