Was driving down a street in Houston several years ago when the wife saw a half price bookstore. Fine with me. While she went in to shop for old books, I walked into Collectors Firearms next door.
Thirty minutes later when we met back at the car she just had to show off the $5 worth of kiddie reading books she got for our little grandkid.
Then I showed her the $1,895 + tax Colt Single Action .45 Texas Sesquicentennial (in presentation case) I had bought in the gun shop.

We haven't been back that way since. Mebbe I shoulda bought her a bouquet of flowers?

Eric, I have my callshot hat in my hand. I took it off for the picture.

Don,, I wasn't wearing crocks and didn't see any bees. They don't bother me because they are programmed to look for something sweet, which I'm not!

I got out of there with only one bunch of flowers and a free catelog. Not too bad.

I married one. She passed away in 2013. I miss her.
