Need price on 44mag

I'm looking at a 5 1/2'' blue 44 mag redhawks in nice shape with little holster wear. What do you folks think it might be worth just a ball park number. He's asking 600.00 thanks

Searching completed auctions on Gun Broker, one in mint condition without box recently brought $849.00 - :shock: - and one with a little holster wear sold for $615.00 plus shipping.

Around these parts you NEVER see them for sale. MSRP on new ones is over $1000.00 now.

Hittman is correct. Around here they are the proverbial hens teeth, along with just about any thing else interesting. I wish you good luck with your score? $600 does seem like a good deal to me though.

And I don't think they make the 5.5 inch in blued any longer. Be a good one to have and keep. Luckily, I've the that same gun in .41 Magnum ..... its a keeper for sure.

Well i brought it home with me and am a happy camper. It's in better shape than he explained to me has a light cylinder turn mark but the blueing and handles are real nice.

Good for you! My blued Redhawks have almost "Colt-like" smooth shiny bluing - hope yours is the same. Post a pic if you can!

hittman i don't think they look and shine as good a your colts. but it does have a nice shiny smooth look. I'm not good with pics but will try and see if i can.

Real nice that blueing is right close with those colts! Beautiful revolver
