Yes on AC556

I wear in ear protection, usually a better db protection.

My eye protection was smashed earlier that day when the wire stock on a Mac11 failed/collapsed and the firearm came straight back and broke them.

If you look just above the muzzle you will see that the"Flash Hider" was working very well.
