Need a dog carrier

I'm trying to locate a portable dog carrier for use on a train. The dog is 22" long and weighs about 35lbs. We're not going far, the ride is about an hour but the dog needs to be in a carrier (preferably soft sided) in order to travel with us.

I've searched online without much success and am hoping with all of the dog owners here maybe somebody has experience with something suitable. Ideally the carrier will have wheels since I really don't want carry a 35lb dog, plus carrier.

What you are looking for either doesn't exist or is very rare and expensive. Why can't the dog walk on lead and then be placed in a normal wire/plastic crate-carrier?
