Stopped at the local Bob Evans to pick up and order and noticed a box of NECCO wafer rolls. I swear they look much smaller than when I was younger and used them as targets.

They probably are. Many products have gone through shrinkflation in recent years. I remember when ice cream came in a gallon container. Haven't seen one of those in a few years.

NECCO went out of business in 2018. I’ve had the ones made by whoever bought the name. They seemed the same size to me. 
roughly size of a quarter. i used to toss them in the coin box at the toll booth!!!!
