Ruger Single Six Old Model .22WMR "Magnum Marked" 6 1/2" bbl. (Circa 1959)
This particular variation is chambered for the .22 magnum round only. It is not a convertible model.
The serial # range of these .22 "Magnum Marked" revolvers was started at 300,000 (Making this # 4,374 of approx. 40,000 made.) This variation was in production for only about 4 years.
This one has black, hard rubber grip panels. There is no eagle roll mark on the bbl.
There are some purple "lightning bolts" and specks on the right side of the frame. Some collectors consider these to be "beauty marks" (I'm partial to purple loading gates myself.)
Appears to have seen very light use, with no holster wear, and retaining almost all of it's original blue finish (see photos).
Includes a fleece lined, zippered case.
