Got it field-stripped, cleaned, lubed, and reassembled. Pretty cool piece! For those who are unfamiliar with the pistol, Stealth Arms makes it, and it can be optioned how you like, including eye-popping (or stomach-churning...your choice!) color combos. My options were standard-length dust cover with Pic rail, threaded barrel, chainlink slide serrations, round trigger guard, suppressor height sights, 2.5# trigger, slide cut for a Holosun red dot, and a short curved trigger (they "oopsed" and put a standard bang switch in it, but the proper one is already on its way to me). It is a 9mm 1911 (or 2011 to some), and its party trick is it takes Glock magazines while retaining the original grip angle John Moses Browning intended. The grip is only a couple hundredths wider than most 1911s because it doesn't have stocks. This one has a barrel length of 5.5", and weighs only 29.4 ounces with an empty magazine in. The chainlink texture feels good in the hand, and offers plenty of purchase without feeling abrasive. It also comes in a fairly nice range bag with two factory Block errrr Glock mags.

The single gripe I have is the two piece guide rod which has to be unthreaded for takedown.

Really looking forward to getting this one to the range!

Those guns look cool! I went to their website. Never heard of them before.

You have to let us know how it shoots.

Is it all metal?

And the different colors? Is it Cerakote?

And your gun. It looks nice by the way. Is it pictured with a magazine inserted? I can’t tell. And the base of the grip has that cut in it.

It is all metal...aluminum frame and carbon steel slide. I am unsure what the finish is. I do know from chatting with other owners that it is very durable.
One fella' has over 3,500 rounds through his, most in competition, and there's no appreciable wear.
I do not have a magazine inserted in the pics, but here's one with the factory Glock mag in it.

Ok, thanks for the extra picture. It is a nice looking gun. I especially like the texture on the grips and slide. Not sure what it’s called. I think on their website they called it chain link texture. But that might have been something else. Nice anyway.
