Last week I placed an order with Mike (ACRYLICTNK) for a birdshead single six 22/22mag. Today I went to my dealer and picked it up and boy is it awesome. Beautiful gun in an awesome configuration. I am loving this birdshead grip and short barrel. My father is coming into town tomorrow for a visit and I plan to take him to the range and try this baby out. I am also getting a nice camera for Christmas from the parents tomorrow and will get worthy photos :wink:

Great gun, great seller!

I went in to my LGS to arrange transfer for a 50th Anniversary Single Six, and saw a "Blackbird" in the display case...OTD for $530....GREAT LOOKING and AWESOME Ruger!
 
Don't have one, but think I would like one :) That's a great looking SS. Can't wait to hear how it shoots.
 
Got one of the earlier ones from Mike (ACRYLICTNK) last spring. Looking back, I wish I would have bought two of them. :cry:

I'm tempted to pick-up a Blackbird also....while still available!
