Just purchased an LCR 357, thought I would go with the 357 because of the versitility of shooting 38 Specials in it if needed. Let me start by saying shooting the 357 Mag in the LCR with 158gr bullets is not for the faint of heart it make noise and has a very sharp recoil. Right now most of my CC is with a LCP carried in the pocket, love that little pistol, but the problem with it is its little. Now in comes the LCR 357, my new CCW, is light and small enough for pocket carry which in like and I am now able to put a bigger bullet at a higher velocity on target with a easy to pocket carry light weight platform. The LCR 357 might not be for everyone but for me I have found the CCW I have been looking for. So far 375 round have been shoot in it, both 357 and 38 Spec, with no problems.
