Good point Flatgate. I did a little trigger work on them and they shoot nice.
This my first attempt at posting pics. I was pleasantly surprised the ease of posting pics using the great tutorial in Galleries of this Forum. I still need to work on the lighting and such to get a better Pic.- Thanks Glassfixer

I am not a big fan of the gray laminated grips that they come with. So on the SS Bisleys I soon replaced them with a more typical looking wood grips. On the blued Bisley I replaced the ejector housing with a blued steel one like I did with all of my blued blackhawks. - Glassfixer

Nice collection of Bisleys.

I started collecting them a while back, the only one I don't have that matches my current collection is the 41 mag with engraved cylinder. Although the 22 I have has the stainless grip frame :) Then the stainless versions started coming out. I ran out of gun money though.

Thats a classy set of Blued Bisleys you have there. Do you shoot any of them, because they look in prefect condition. - Glassfixer

I shoot them all, just don't shoot them much. I end up shooting my birds head 32 and 45 most of the time. One extreme to the other :)

A wonderful lineup...and a good range of calibers to own.

The 45lc / 45ACP convertible is my favorite.

Nice! 8). Love the Bisleys! Makes me think I aught to gather mine for a family photo.

I didn't have any future plans for any single actions but after seeing these pics, I may have to rethink things! Both pictures are enough to make a person drawl all over the keyboard. Great looking collections!

This one was picked up last week and it is one of the tougher ones to find. An early 41 Mag with the fluted cylinder. I already have one that has been tweaked by Bowen so this one is listed in the classifieds here as well.

JWhitmore44,

Your stainless grip framed .22 brings up an interesting story. A friend used to buy all of those he could and replace the stainless grip frame with a blued example then use the stainless Bisley grip frame to make up stainless steel Bisleys long before they were cataloged.

I don't think he was alone in his efforts, either!

I couldn't separate the grip frame, it points to well :) I would be afraid of screwing it up.

I'm afraid that I'm a fan of the bisley as well. Seriously thinking of carrying the 5.5 instead of my SBH.....
