So I did some horse tradin a while back with a member here for this sweet NM Blackhawk 45LC/45ACP in 4 5/8" and good ol bedrockfred hooked me up yesterday with a blued birdshead grip frame, a SS 45 ACP cylinder and a Super Blackhawk SS hammer. Thank you, my friend!

Before, in a nice strong side from yet another member here:

I have the same grips like the first gun pictured. Get A Grip was the name of the company. right?

Thx guys!

Ya know, I don't know. They came with the trade along with the stock grips which are also in perfect shape. These are solid with a well aged tint(however"they" did it) and came with the swap. They have no markings on the back but nice and thick grips. I wanted a steel frame more than the aluminum grip frame it comes with. Be cool to get a well fitting blue steel plow handle too but this is too cool for now.

Now ya need some grips! :)

Oh, I am always a lookin' but I am scrapin' up some money for some stags that ol' bedrockfred has in a box I saw and got my eye on. BTW, I did see you dabblin' in making some grips for these frames. I commend your efforts and they are lookin' good!

I'll post new pics when I get new grips.
