My bride is afraid

Well I can't believe it has really happened, MY BRIDE IS AFRAID. She and I talked tonight after a few programs air'd on different news stations. She always had the idea that nothing would ever happen, bad, in our lifetime. Well, she has changed her mind. She now is HELPING me keep my firearms in order with mags for each handy, carry boxes of 9mm and 40cal in the front of the safe, she shoots with me ALL OF THE TIME, she knows how to reload mags IN A HURRY. Living in Sun City AZ where most people head when it is getting close to their time anyway, you would not think that that many people would be up in arms, but they are. Our neighbor, a FERVENT DEMO, said today, on her own, "OBOMMER IS NOT DOING VERY WELL, I HOPE HILERY WILL DO ALOT BETTER, she will have BILL to HELP OUT". Even she is seeing the trouble we are in. I and my wife are in our 70's and I NEVER thought that I would see the day where people were going to be killed right here where we live, but it is a real possibility if things do not change, people get tired of this government. Notice I said government, not Demo's, all of those, I'll keep my *** safe boys. I voted straight Demo until Clinton, & have voted Rep ever since, but there is NO PEOPLE TO VOTE FOR ANYMORE. Everyone is wissie washie on everything, POLITICALLY CORRECT. Today I checked out of COSTCO and the lady that checked me out could not even talk straight English, she was from BOSNIA, nice going AZ, people in AZ would love the job that she has taken away. I feel that the MC CAINS etc of this world are killing us and everyone's future. Ya know, I have been around this forum for awhile and have written some tings but never like what I have just written. I CAN NOT SEE WHY DEMO'S OR REP'S CAN"T SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN WASHINGTON AND USE COMMON SENSE TO GET THE CHANGES MADE. I would rather see INDEPENDENTS in all of government that think as HUMAN BEINGS, not DEMO or REP with PARY LINES and no sense. I won't bother anyone here with anymore ideas but:

Well Bob, I'm looking at Sun Lakes but from what you say, I may change that
to Queen Creek (my daughter lives there). But if I can find a rich widow
to adopt me, support me in a manner I could become accustomed to ( :roll: ),
I would go for Flagstaff. :D . :wink: . :D

Look at the positive side, your lady is not just "letting" you do the gun thing,
she is now actively encouraging it and participating! There are bunches of
guys that wish they had that level of support. :D

I don't think it's helpful to be "afraid" but I understand being concerned, and being prepared. People are afraid because they aren't prepared. Food, water, fuel, guns, ammo, etc are important. Make preparations, have a plan, have your needs and regardless of what happens you will be ok. You will not have to deal with any issues nearly as soon as your fears tell you. You have time to get prepared.
