That is how I would answer the question too. Lets see if there are any other views though. It is a matter of preference in actions and grip frames I guess. With a good scope they are both 100 yd min. of deer or coyote.
 
Inherently accurate is a function of the particular gun and the particular load that it shoots optimally.

Functionally accurate is a matter of each shooter's preferences for grip type, balance and personal shooting style, whether offhand or from a rest.

I like a SBH over a SRH for the latter reasons, but I also prefer a standard RH over a SRH.

Sights type or sighting plane could be a factor, but in this case they are roughly equal.
