In the AZ oven (Phoenix basin)
I think the number of true idiots attempting to find gullible people is increasing.
I received a piece of junk E-mail this morning (multiple threads going on those)
that asked me to reconsider my RFQ (request for quote) to Costco. - - - Knowing
that I had not issued such a thing, I went out to look up the area code (735) and
got a "result" of:

"Area Code 735 History: Area Code 735 has not been assigned for use by
the North American Numbering Plan Administrator. Area Code 735 is
officially planned as a General Purpose area code which is typically
assigned to a geographic area. If you receive a phone call from area
code 735 it is a spam call."

You would think that these idiots would at least do a little research
to SEEM legitimate, in place of just being such a moron.

DELETE button does wonders. 8)

Peace and serenity be upon you,
until something more interesting happens. :D

I received a notice that my Chase bank account had some problems that needed to be resolved immediately. That would bother me if I had anything to do with Chase . . .ever.

I guess they figure anybody stupid enough to fall for their scam probably
would have no clue about looking up the number or anything else.
That's my guess as well.
It seems they think that people, in general, come in three levels; dumb, dumber
and dumbest. With the latter two levels, I'll guess they figure they can get something
from many of them. . . - - - Oh well.
