How does the conversion from rimfire work? Do you just make the switch on the hammer like a Contender or do you have to switch parts?

All barrels have to be custom made for the gun. The gunsmith will need to make an extractor for the center fire

But how does the firing pin convert between rimfire and center fire? I actually have a rimfire barrel for my Encore, they slightly shifted the center of the chamber so the center fire firing pin could hit the rim on the .17 HMR.

Yes I believe it is the same on the moa. I have both a rimfire and center fire gun. The fireing pin block looks exactly the same

You have to change the block to go to CF if I remember right. The problem used to be that people had 22 barrels and no block to use them with. I’ve resisted buying this one so far. Someone should grab it, they don’t show up often.

Ok… so .22 LR is great… but can you find a CF block so that you can then have custom centerfire barrels made?

I’m a Contender and Encore kind of guy so I like to understand the issues before I jump in and buy something!

Sorry I don’t have the block? I will tell you it has the best trigger I have ever shot except for my bench guns with jewel triggers. Also way easier the load and unload
