MKII 22/45 Grip Suggestions?

I'm not crazy about the feel of the fixed grip (no removable grip panels) of the MKII 22/45 and I would appreciate some feedback and suggestions for improvement. Slip on rubber grip sleeve? Stick-on grip tape? Any other ideas?

yes, they all work, the 'slip on' Bianchi ' even we've seen some that were drilled and tapped to fit wood or plastic 1911 style grips, AND have seen some that the frame was stippled to add a non slip texture to the grip,,,, not sure as to where?? on the inter-web world one can come up with somebody on the 'U toob', to show just how and why....
