I have found a 1951 MK1 in box 98 or 99%. I do not keep up with MKIs. So was wondering value. It has box and maybe docs. Box very good condition. Serial #149161.

you sure it's not a "standard auto"?? fixed sights ?? that number is kinda high for a 1951 ...is that the "correct" number? or too many digits..........red box or a yellow and red -end box?? picture would be great.........

Sorry looked at date wrong. Should be 1958. And yes it is a standard. I collect only target model MKIIs and am used to just calling them MKs. Box is red and black and not hinged.

still a very NICE "package", desireable to many, and pushing around the $300 mark around here............if it had the shipper also (COMPLETE package) would go for even more.............
yes the nomenclature for the 22 semi autos can be confusing, heck the factory will even call them Mark I's....ALL the standard autos (fixed sight models) stayed just that, "standard" autos till the Mk IIs'; came out around 1982.
