I use United Healthcare plan "F". We pay nothing, no co pays, no nothing. The wife had 2 major back surgeries a few years ago and paid nothing at all except the price of my "senior lunch" at the hospital cafeteria. It is outstanding.

Well Blume I think you figured out the supplemental ins. is state by state as to who offers it and what each has to offer. Costs will also vary state to state. I seen a add at my medial dr.s office on a company they recommended. I had the rep. come to my house and explain everything and gave my booklets on coverage and costs. I also had the state send me all companies in ID that sell/provide it. They printed out a detailed booklet, I compared each one. I went with the one that came to my home. They pay for every pill I take. 7 total each day, my cost without coverage would be hundreds a month. That alone is worth paying for along with having dental and vision.

Like everything one must be wary of medical coverage con men these days. Since these plans are taking money from the feds you’d think they would be better regulated. But like so many dishonest folks they lobby to prevent such oversight.
